InfoMart Announces Acquisition of Advantage Services, Inc.
Marietta, GA (May 30, 2007) - InfoMart, a leading provider of pre-employment background screening services, is proud to announce the acquisition of Advantage Services, Inc. (ASI). With this acquisition, ASI's human resources will be combined with InfoMart's premier technology and services. The merged entity will continue to operate as InfoMart. According to ASI president Larry Fowler, "it's a win-win since ASI clients will immediately have access to new technology. In addition, we'll be able to provide services that ASI cannot offer at this time, including extended hours for reference calls, increased staffing during peak hiring, and HRIS software integration.
