ALERT
New York Mandatory Fee Increase
Effective July 14, 2003, InfoMart will begin charging a $52.00 mandatory fee for each criminal history request in several New York jurisdictions. These jurisdictions have begun processing all criminal history requests through the New York Office of Court Administration (OCA). InfoMart has no alternative and must go through the OCA for these jurisdictions. $52.00 will be charged by the OCA for each request. The search will be similar to a Statewide and will cover any of the jurisdictions that use the OCA; however, not every jurisdiction in the state of New York will be included. As soon as an accurate list of jurisdictions is available, InfoMart will post a bulletin on WebASAP indicating all jurisdictions that apply. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience in this matter.
