SOFTWARE/PROCESSING
Ordering AKA and Maiden Names
Did you know? InfoMart's WebASAP software has a unique feature that allows users to pick and choose which jurisdictions to search on an applicant and any AKAs or maiden names they might have. For example, applicant Jane Doe is married and her maiden name is Jane Smith. You know that Jane has lived in Georgia ever since she was married, and lived in South Carolina under the name Jane Smith. To avoid unnecessary costly searches, you can select to search South Carolina only under the name Jane Smith and Georgia only under the name Jane Doe.
To do so, you simply click on the name to be searched on the Criminal History page in WebASAP. The name will highlight in blue. Once highlighted, check the search box next to the jurisdictions you would like searched for that name and uncheck the search box for any jurisdictions you do not want to search. See the examples below…

If you need additional help with WebASAP, please review the online user manual and computer based tutorial found on the WebASAP "Resources" page. For more information or questions about WebASAP, please contact Client Relations at 770-984-2727 option 2 or customerservice@infomart-usa.com.
