InfoMart offers WebASAP - a web-based submission and tracking system for background checks. WebASAP is a secure application providing SSL encryption with multiple layers of security. No additional software or plug-ins are required. Our background screening tools can be successfully linked with many HRIS systems.

With ease of use as a major design philosophy, WebASAP is intuitive and user-friendly. WebASAP has available computer-based training, an online user manual, and customizable solutions for viewing the status of submission and completion of a profile. Our status page reveals the following:

• An applicant profile's create date
• An applicant profile's order date
• An applicant profile's completion date
• Name of applicant
• Social security number
• "Pass" or "fail" criteria
• Users of WebASAP
• Mailing, emailing, or print out of the completed profile
• Adverse action tracking

In addition, each of the above data columns can be turned dynamically "on" or "off."

WebASAP allows users to sort applicant lists via:

• Social security number
• Applicant
• Create date
• Order date
• Completion date
• User
• Time (requests last week, last month, last quarter, last year, or all)

WebASAP can provide simultaneous access to multiple users and multiple locations. Individual HR professionals, data entry clerks, or managers can be assigned different levels of access. Information that is critical in affecting an applicant's employment may be sent to an HR professional piece by piece, or all at once. Certain users may only be able to input data, while others may view the final completed profile.

WebCRIM is a proprietary wireless communication network available to InfoMart's information retrievers. Essentially, requests made to InfoMart are entered into WebCRIM and automatically routed to all information retrievers within the region of the requested jurisdiction. This allows all of InfoMart's information retrievers to complete a request in a much reduced turnaround time. While inside the various court systems, WebCRIM notifies the particular information retriever(s) that a criminal history search has been requested in their area. Instead of losing precious time in processing due to requests being made throughout the day, requests are sent directly to those information retrievers while still inside the courthouse. WebCRIM significantly reduces criminal turnaround time - and allows InfoMart customers to receive results the very same day in many cases.

Predecessor to WebASAP, WinASAP is a true 32-bit Windows application that provides an integrated, paperless solution. WinASAP Enterprise allows true multi-user connectivity, which enables all authorized users access to the application concurrently. This solution eliminates data entry by seamlessly integrating other applicant tracking and HRIS applications. Perhaps the most powerful feature of WinASAP Enterprise is its ability to automatically scan each profile for conformance with our client's standards, ensuring a non-biased determination of suitability for hire.
